At Feathered Indian Designs, we do not offer returns or refunds unless an item is damaged upon arrival.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@featheredindiandesigns.com. Include photos of the issue along with your order details so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds for Damaged Items

If your claim for a damaged or defective item is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 10 business days after approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@featheredindiandesigns.com.
